All travel packages can be booked by phone or by e-mail. Ålands Turist & Konferens Ab (ÅTK) confirms all bookings by e-mail and without delay.

Travel packages for individual customers shall be paid at least one week before the departure and in accordance to the invoice sent to the customer by ÅTK by e-mail and well in advance.
 
Travel packages for groups (groups of 10 persons or more) shall be paid at least 3 weeks before the departure in accordance to the invoice sent to the customer by ÅTK and well in advance, if the parties have not agreed on other terms.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Travel packages for individual customers can be cancelled in accordance to the following;

  • free of charge, if the cancellation is made at least one week prior to departure,
  • cancellation fee up to 50 % of the price of the trip is charged if the cancellation is made less than a week before the departure,
  • cancellation fee up to the final price of the trip is charged if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the departure.

Travel packages for groups (groups of 10 persons or more) can be cancelled in accordance to the following;

  • free of charge, if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the departure,
  • cancellation fee up to 50 % of the price of the trip is charged if the cancellation is made within 29-8 days before the departure,
  • cancellation fee is charged up to the final price of the trip if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the departure.

ÅTK has a travel operator guarantee by Åland Government, as stipulated in the law.
 
ÅTK follows the directions of the Association of Finnish Travel Agents and the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA). These terms and conditions are based on the mandatory provisions of Directive (EU 2015/2302) of the European Parliament and of the Council on Package Travel, and the Finnish Act on Travel Service Combinations (901/2017.
